Ordering Information: The item ships from Bedfordshire, UK. I will ship internationally. The buyer may request a lower parcel value at their own risk. I will mark this parcel as a gift if asked at their own risk.
Shipping options: Shipping via Royal Mail under a TRACKED SERVICE ONLY. I do not require insurance. Please keep in mind that if you do not choose insurance, I am not responsible for loss or damage in transit unless the item is misaddressed or poorly packaged.
The customer is responsible for tracking the order. I know my hand, I will do my best to help, but once the package is out of my reach it is not my responsibility, it is the courier's responsibility.
If the package comes with customs charges, it is up to the buyer to pay them. If the buyer decides not to pay the customs charges, there will be no refund of the purchase even if it comes back to me.

Return Policy: • Once the invoice is paid will be NO REFUNDS. • If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan/ • You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason. • If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue. • Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
