Return Policy: I haven't had to deal with a return yet, but am open to it! Please let me know if something is wrong with the doll on arrival or if there's issues with your order, I would love to work it out with you and help rectify whatever the issue is. If you'd still like to send it back, I'm happy to refund after I get the item back! I cannot cover shipping for you however and may not be able to offer a full refund /immediately/ but can split it over some weeks/months, so you will get it ASAP.
