Most prices are negotiable, just be reasonable. Its a luxury hobby after all, I am not responsible for your dead cat, dying grandmas last wish to have a BJD or cancer. I have heard all this as reason why I should give 70% off.
Inquiries about parts, condition etc have to be done before the sale. If you ask me questions afterwards and change your decision that is on you.
Holding an item for you is me being nice, not your right. If youre being polite and need to get off of work first to make payments, just ask. I am not a monter. I just dont have time for entitled Karens, sorry uvu'
Shipping is on your own risk. Its in both our interests that the item arrives safely, I will do my best to pack it well.
I can only ship to physical addresses. Not to P.O. Boxes. (Unless we use DHL Express. To the US a Volks doll is around 250€. As reference)
In general I ship tracked and insured. If you decide to have uninsured/untracked shipping we can do that, but from that moment on I am not responsible for any damages or loss anymore.
I cant declare above 999€ (check conversion ratio to USD if necessary pls). Otherwise I would have to go through a big process of getting a customs ID etc (takes 3-4 months or so...) + buy the customs software for businesses.
Any customs/taxes that are related to importing the item are on you.
Like holding an item underdeclaring is me being nice. I can also only insure as high as the package is declared. If you decide to ask for it, its on your own risk.
In general if we agree on a sale: (continued in comments.) 1. pls ask all questions before buying. 2. I will show you the shipping options so we can agree on a full price. 3. After purchase I will send you photos of how I pack the item. So we both know its shipped safe and has the best chances to arrive well. 4. I will drop your item off at the post office as soon as I can. (Usually I drive past the post office a few times a week. I prefer to combine it with my work commute/grocery shopping other things. Enviroment and my wallet will be happier about it.^^) 5. Pls give me a quick message after you received your item. If there are any issues please take photos so I can enquire about it with the shipping service. I will do my best to get the insurance of the package. Pls understand that in case of a refund/partial refund because of shipping damage, I can only send you the money when the shipping service pays the insurance. And its on your side to provide all the necessary proof of the damage. The item and package is in your hands at that point, I can only forward those and help with communication.

Layaway Rules
All layaway payments are non-refundable. Deposit must be paid for an item to be reserved/hold.
Shipping is understood as part of the layaway, even if we calculate it after the layaway.
Layaways must be paid off until the end of the agreed timeframe.
Monthly Layaway payments must be done until the date we agreed on.
If payments aren't made in time the layaway is void. The payments won't be refunded and I will sell the item.
I am not a warehouse. I don't store your items longer than the layaway timeframe without communication.
I will do my best to keep your items safe during layaway, but I am not liable for damages during this time. (for example: a fire, robbery etc. Everything that is out of my control)
